Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions, welcome and seat guests, and handle all takeout orders with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
Duties:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and handle all takeout orders
- Warmly and graciously greet all Guests upon arrival.
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of our Guests to a table that best serves their wishes.
- When immediate seating is limited, record Guest names and the number of people in the party.
- Call out the name and number of the party when tables becomes available.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer flow effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with technology sales and electronic products
- Fluency in English for effective communication
